*All rates listed are single/double occupancy. Additional people in rooms are $10 per person per night. Children under 12 stay free. We reserve the right to limit number of occupants in room.
A 5.5% sales tax and a 5.5% room tax will be added to all reservations.

Minimum Stay Requirements
There is no minimum stay requirement during the week. For Memorial Day weekend and summer and fall weekends there is a 2 night minimum. Fourth of July weekend is a 3 night minimum. For Pumpkin Patch weekend (Oct 5, 6, 7) there is a 3 night minimum stay.
Reservation and cancellation policy
Cancellations or changes to your reservation require a 14-day notice. With a 14-day notice the deposit will be cheerfully refunded less a $10.00 service charge. If reservation is cancelled with less than 14 days notice the deposit will be forfeited.
If reservation is shortened after check-in (early check out) the deposit will be forfeited.
All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card and a deposit equal to 1 night's room and tax at the time the reservation is made.

Our guarantee
We know you will like our inn. We are so sure you will like The Lull-Abi Inn we guarantee that upon arrival, if you do not like the accommodations you have reserved we will refund your deposit and you will be free to find other accommodations. However, we must request that if you stay with us you will be responsible for your full reservation. This guarantee in no way changes our 14-day cancellation policy. |
